We aim to pack and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days. Once your order leaves our studio, you'll receive a tracking number to keep an eye on its journey.

Standard shipping usually arrives within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Express is even faster.
That said, we’re at the mercy of the sender once it leaves our hands, so occasional delays can happen, especially during peak periods or in remote areas.

We offer flat-rate standard shipping across Australia for just $3, and we cover part of the cost to keep it affordable. Express options are also available. Pricing is shown clearly at checkout depending on your selection.

All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of fertility or pregnancy. Just a simple parcel with your name on it, nothing more.

Order processing
We aim to get your beautiful purchases to you as quickly as possible. We will ship in 1-2 days. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
Delivery options
We’ve partnered with Australia Post to offer reliable delivery options. Delivery times and costs will be calculated at checkout, depending on your location.
Standard shipping: Perfect for when you’re happy to wait a little.
Express shipping: For those can’t-wait-a-moment-longer orders.

Incorrect addresses & undelivered items
To avoid delays or issues, please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Unfortunately, we can’t be held responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses. If your order is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

We hope you adore your bébé bloom goodies, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please note that our at-home ovulation and pregnancy tests are classified as personal care products and are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. We appreciate your understanding.
